    Terrible management. Charges you for breathing in the apartment. The apartment buildings are filthy and there are roaches all over the buildings.

  • Unique Space in the Heart of Fairhope

    Beautiful property with great amenities and service. The clubhouse has the feel of a resort Centrally located for convenient living. Quiet woodsy setting. Nothing as unique as the Retreat.

  • Sad state of affairs

    Despite being marketed as a luxury community these apartments are not properly managed. Buyer beware. Work orders are not completed, pool is dirty, breezeways are not cleaned, and there is a trash problem. When approaching the staff they seem like they don't really care.

  • Poorly managed

    May 16, 2021
    Property is poorly managed. Pool is unclean, dumpster regularly overflowing, and breezeways are disgusting. I have a broken window from construction over a year ago and it has not been repaired. The staff are inattentive and lack customer service.
