Sad state of affairs
May 16, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comDespite being marketed as a luxury community these apartments are not properly managed. Buyer beware. Work orders are not completed, pool is dirty, breezeways are not cleaned, and there is a trash problem. When approaching the staff they seem like they don't really care.Property Manager Responded

Poorly managed
May 16, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comProperty is poorly managed. Pool is unclean, dumpster regularly overflowing, and breezeways are disgusting. I have a broken window from construction over a year ago and it has not been repaired. The staff are inattentive and lack customer service.Property Manager Responded
