Sad state of affairs
May 16, 2021Despite being marketed as a luxury community these apartments are not properly managed. Buyer beware. Work orders are not completed, pool is dirty, breezeways are not cleaned, and there is a trash problem. When approaching the staff they seem like they don't really care.Property Manager Responded

Poorly managed
May 16, 2021Property is poorly managed. Pool is unclean, dumpster regularly overflowing, and breezeways are disgusting. I have a broken window from construction over a year ago and it has not been repaired. The staff are inattentive and lack customer service.Property Manager Responded
