After living 2 years, and not having trouble with work orders (maintenance staff are really good and helpful), always paid on time, never had a concern from office or neighbors, as soon as you become an ex-resident, office staff turn 360. I never had any problem but once I moved out, they wanted to charge me for a new carpet. ...know about the carpet (which was not in need of been changed and we left the apartment super clean) I was calling everyday to try to resolve this. I spoked to assistant manager (I believe his name is Daniel) and after 3 calls, I guess he got tired and just gave the corporate number (JRK) to let them know my problem. Obviously in the corporate on California, NEVER ANSWERED. I called again the office and asked to talk to manager. WORST DECISION EVER. The most ARROGANT person in customer service I have ever had to talk to. She didn’t let me explain, she was just making fun of my situation, very sarcastic and and the end her words were “WELL, what do you want? To take away the charge HAHAHA, good luck with that, because I could help you but I don’t want to” then I started to let her know how rude from her and that I wanted to get to an agreement, not to give me a gift, and she continued to be sarcastic “ Ahhaaa, ahhaaaa, what else? Are you done? because I really don’t care, and good luck trying to talk to corporate” and hanged out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from staff office.
