Exceptional Customer Service
August 10, 2025We visited several complexes at PCB this past week and selected 10X. We did like the location and physical property but the real “difference maker” was the service that we received from Michelle Bolton! She was very thorough in answering all of our questions and made us feel welcomed and at home. Her spirit was engaging and refreshing! Depreciating Faster Than Expected
April 11, 2025The staff here are very hardworking and very kind, however they are not often able to help with some of our bigger issues, such as when common area amenities break, they are not repaired or replaced. Gates, DogPark, Pergolas, Grills, Exterior lighting, Uneven sidewalks, Pet Waste bins. I do enjoy living here with me fellow residents but seems the owner need to fund some TLC to their investment.Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2023This is not a gated community. The parking is the worse ever . People let their dogs poop everywhere and don't pick it up. Valet trash work whenever they want. Staff works on their own schedule. Maintenance is good, the pool area is good, the apartments itself needs updating but it will do.Review from Apartments.com
Worst apartments in PCB
February 22, 2023Save yourself the headache of living here and keep looking. The office staff is very rude and maintenance have no idea how to fix a sink leak or a toilet. The pond smells horrible so dont get an apt near it. They say they’re pet friendly but they’re not! The dog park is pathetic and there’s always really loud music being played at the pool at night and people screaming. It’s not a quiet or peaceful place. Overall a good experience
June 2, 2016We've been moved in for a couple of weeks now, and we are very happy with these apartments. The ceilings are much higher than expected (we moved in without previously looking at them) and all rooms have lots of natural light. The grounds are very well kept and clean, and the pool was just remodeled and is really nice. My only complaint is that there is a sewage smell outside sometimes. At first we thought it was just because it was rainy, but we have smelled it on several occasions, and on ...completely dry and sunny days. The carpet is also pretty low quality (not a lot of padding), but it's an apartment, so it's not a huge deal. Overall it's been a great few weeks. Highly recommend!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
