August 14, 2015Excellent location, walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, gym and major Malls. Excellent water view to the channel, spacious and well keep. I am very happy, I can exercise, jogging, or just biking, outdoor water sports can be easily practice since the building is right on the water. Own parking lot for the security of your car, pool, and washer and dryer on each floor for the common use. Excellent neighborhood. Will highly recommend. Alexander Lopez.
