September 14, 2025I recently moved into The Ridge and couldn't be happier with my experience so far! The townhome features beautiful hardwood flooring that gives the space a modern and welcoming feel. One of my favorite things about living here is the location—there are nearby trails perfect for walking or biking, and Butler Plaza is just around the corner, making grocery shopping super convenient. July 4, 2025I’ve really enjoyed my time living at The Ridge so far. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the amenities are a big plus — especially the pool and gym. The staff is usually friendly and responsive to maintenance requests, which get handled in a reasonable time. Parking can be a bit tight sometimes, and it does get a little noisy on weekends, but that’s expected for student housing. Overall, it’s a good place to live if you want a fun community and decent value for what you pay.Property Manager Responded

June 24, 2025Maintenance here is terrible. They have continuously marked things as complete when they did not fix the issue at all. The AC vent outside is extremely loud, to a point of hearing it when I’m in my room. I think somethings wrong with it as well. Also, there are random alarms that will go off during the day, late at night or early in the morning. They have woken me up out of my sleep on several occasions and I work 12hr shifts so it is pretty bothersome to say the least.Property Manager Responded
