The Roscomare is a boutique apartment community located in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Our philosophy is if you want to live a life you love, you need to love where you live, so we have created modern, clean, stylish and upscale apartment homes that make our residents feel safe, comfortable and appreciated. The Roscomare's apartments have been thoughtfully designed and remodeled to include many high-end features like stone counters, hardwood floors, designer tile, LED lighting, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, AC and large walk-in showers. In addition to all the features our apartments offer, The Roscomare also provides a large pool area with canyon views, gated entry, on-site management, on-site covered and assigned parking, on-site laundry facilities and a large furnished BBQ area for our residents to enjoy. The Roscomare is just over 3 miles from the UCLA campus and all that Westwood has to offer. Our location allows our residents easy access and multiple routes to almost anywhere in Los Angeles since we are under 2 miles from the 405 and Sepulveda Blvd., 3 miles from Beverly Glen Blvd, and a mile from Mulholland Drive. We are also located next door to one of the best public elementary schools in the city of LA, so our residents don't even have to get in the car for their children to get a fabulous education! Regularly referred to as one of LA's safest and most prestigious neighborhoods, Bel Air offers the schools, safety and laid back feel of a suburb, all while being in the heart of Los Angeles and just minutes from Beverly Hills, the San Fernando Valley and Century City. We have extensively remodeled the building to beautify and modernize it, and give both our old and new residents a wonderful place to call home.

The best apartment !
February 4, 2026Lived here for almost a year and it was the best apartment in the most beautiful location. The area is quiet, neighbors are great and close to Beverly Glen center. I moved for my job otherwise would’ve stayed! Alva is simply the best and sweetest. If you’re looking for an affordable, and peaceful studio with a 1-2 bed apartment this is perfect!Review from Apartments.com
Look no further! Best Apartment Community Ever!
January 19, 2025I lived at The Roscomare in Bel Air for three years before buying my home and loved it. It's a fantastic community with a lovely onsite manager, Alva. The management is kind and attentive and always ensures any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment complex is beautiful, with a spectacular pool with gorgeous Bel Air canyon views. It's also next to Roscomare Road Elementary, one of the best elementary schools in Los Angeles. If you're looking to live a little a ...little farther out of the city to have some peace and quiet, look no further! This is a great place to live if you're a grad student at UCLA, work in Westwood, Century City or anywhere else on the Westside.
