For it being so new, everything and everyone that works there has really exceeded my expectations! The staff have made it very welcoming, easy, accessible, and convenient experience to live here. Since I toured at The Rosewater they were super professional & welcoming! the first apartment i looked at was great but just needed a bigger closet & they made that happen! now i have the apartment i wanted with the big closet. 10/10 would recommend The Rosewater.

The environment is very quiet, and there are many amenities available, both for myself and for shared use, such as the dog park, the gym, and the community center. The apartments are very affordable, and the Rosewater team, including the leasing office and the maintenance team, are always quick to respond to any messages or questions I may have. This has been a great apartment experience compared to one I had a few years back. I highly recommend it to anybody.
