The only positive about this building is that it is close to downtown Burien, that is it. Everything else about it is horrible. Learn from my mistake and avoid this place.Review from Apartments.com
Worst Management
February 9, 2021The place is beautiful and nicely renovated. The property manager is a liar. We moved out coz we bought pitbulls. When we moved out we clean up our apartment real nice. Took videos and photos after we cleaned up and ask for our deposit. She lied and never tell her boss about our new address eventho I sent it to her 5 days after we moved out. We are still waiting for court date with them coz we file a case against them.
