Great place to live

Love these apartments. Lived here for the past 2 years. Rent prices are way better here than other apartments. I’m going to school at Highline so My school is just a walk away. Management is friendly. I had a broken faucet handle in my bath tub I called management and maintenance came right away. Which is a plus in my book because I am very busy between work and school. I highly recommend these apartments.

I really enjoy living here. The management is absolutely amazing and very helpful. Whenever you have a problem, they help you in a timely manner. The rent is fairly priced. The play are for the children is great and my son loves it. The apartments are in the middle of every thing you need so you never have to drive more than five minutes to get to where you want to go or what you need.

These apartments are ok for what they are. The buildings are built poorly and when someone walks in a different apartment that is in the same building you can feel the building shake.
