Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

My experience living at the Sanctuary for almost a year now!
March 20, 2026I’ve had an excellent experience at The Sanctuary at Tally’s Reach. Kristen was amazing in helping me find the perfect apartment right from the start. The property is beautiful and truly feels like a resort, with a fantastic pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse workspace. The staff is outstanding—Jorie and Chance are always friendly and helpful, and Jason, the property manager, genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and I appreciate the great work from Damian, Scott, ...and Bryce. It’s a safe, welcoming community with wonderful residents. Highly recommend! The best dog friendly apartments in the area
March 31, 2025The Sanctuary apartments at Tallyn's Reach are the best dog friendly apartments in the area. There's plenty of space for short walks, easy access to trails nearby for longer walks, dog friendly management and personnel, and the best poop bags always available. The leash law is strictly enforced as I have never encountered a dog off leash. It's safe and convenient and makes our life less complicated. We love it here!Property Manager Responded

March 25, 2025It was four years ago and I was in need to find a place to live. I came in to the front office that day hoping to get a place. Little did I know that would be the first day of finding my now home. I’ve lived in many places over the years , but never has there been such a great property team. It’s not just a group of people to make sure my place is acceptable. They are a caring group that makes sure life is as good as it can be. From my place to the surroundings to community events. We know ...each other by name. Everyday is a constant reminder of the fabulous choice I made to live here at the Sanctuary at Tallyn’s reach. Anytime I see any of the following people. There is interaction that makes a good day. I am proud to say these people make sure I matter. Tori , Kristen, Jason , Luis, Jorie, Chance, Jay, Eric , Damian and Scott. Don't Get An Apartment Anywhere Near the Pool
May 9, 2024I've lived here for over 2 years and I like the location (for my work), the apartment is good, but don't get a place anywhere near the pool. For more than half the year, you will lose control of when your allowed to sleep. The pool is trespassed constantly at all hours of the night. Even with the windows shut, which I hate to do in the summer, the screaming, yelling and loud music will wake you. I had one night where there where 3 separate groups of partiers at 11pm, 1am and 3am. The ...maintenance staff is amazing, the management, especially corporate, aren't. Also the dog park is nice to have, but unfortunately, is a mess with most people not picking up the dog crapProperty Manager Responded

Great Apartment… unless rowdy neighbors are nearby.
October 1, 2022The maintenance staff are hands down the most amazing individuals I know. Very polite caring and knowledgeable. Only downside is I’ve been dealing with neighbors partying from 10p-4a and despite having recordings, ring camera footage, and call history to Aurora PD and Sanctuary’s Security, nothing really happens other than an offer to move out at my cost (transfer fee $600). This is a great apartment complex overall just so long as you don’t have a rowdy neighbor. Once you do, all you can do is ...suck it up and keep calling the police.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2022The only things that bother me are the breezeways and the garbage situation. The breezeways in my building are stained with trash drippings and actual trash on the first floor.
