I’ve had an excellent experience at The Sanctuary at Tally’s Reach. Kristen was amazing in helping me find the perfect apartment right from the start. The property is beautiful and truly feels like a resort, with a fantastic pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse workspace. The staff is outstanding—Jorie and Chance are always friendly and helpful, and Jason, the property manager, genuinely cares about residents. The best dog friendly apartments in the area

The Sanctuary apartments at Tallyn's Reach are the best dog friendly apartments in the area. There's plenty of space for short walks, easy access to trails nearby for longer walks, dog friendly management and personnel, and the best poop bags always available. The leash law is strictly enforced as I have never encountered a dog off leash. It's safe and convenient and makes our life less complicated. We love it here!

Don't Get An Apartment Anywhere Near the Pool

I've lived here for over 2 years and I like the location (for my work), the apartment is good, but don't get a place anywhere near the pool. For more than half the year, you will lose control of when your allowed to sleep. The pool is trespassed constantly at all hours of the night. Even with the windows shut, which I hate to do in the summer, the screaming, yelling and loud music will wake you. I had one night where there where 3 separate groups of partiers at 11pm, 1am and 3am. The ...

The maintenance staff are hands down the most amazing individuals I know. Very polite caring and knowledgeable. Only downside is I’ve been dealing with neighbors partying from 10p-4a and despite having recordings, ring camera footage, and call history to Aurora PD and Sanctuary’s Security, nothing really happens other than an offer to move out at my cost (transfer fee $600). The only things that bother me are the breezeways and the garbage situation. The breezeways in my building are stained with trash drippings and actual trash on the first floor. I don't use the trash service because I don't want them to come by my door. The staff and maintenance crew have always been good!
