May 22, 2023This is probably one of the worst apartments that I have ever lived in. I have been here almost 3 years and this place is not it. People complain about bugs yes bugs. Not fixing appliances. Or just in general not helping at all. And don’t get me started on how it looks it’s nothing like the pictures. So if your looking for an apartment DONT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL HAVE COCKROACH EVERYWHERE! Oh btw they lie about everything just putting that out there…Property Manager Responded

Great Living, Few Flaws
July 31, 2015The Townhomes on Kingswood are the epitome of ideal location. Anything you could possibly need is within a three mile radius, including restaurants, shopping, churches, schools, and a very nice park. The property is very well maintained, and has video surveillance. There have never been any issues with parking since I've lived here. The buildings themselves are lovely from the outside, and quite large on the inside. The open floor plan downstairs is great for company, and the two bedrooms ...upstairs are great for guests. Closets are huge, and washer/dryer connections are in the hall. I rented through Quest Property Services. My townhome was appropriately clean at the time of move in. I did have a few lights that weren't working, and I wasn't sure why that issue wasn't resolved prior to move in. Within the first couple days of living there, both my upstairs and downstairs toilets shut down on me. I was able to call emergency maintenance to get this fixed, and the issue was resolved by the end of the day. Despite a few minor issues such as this, I have no complaints, and Quest has always responded to my emails quickly. Bottom line, this is an amazing property, and you won't regret moving here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
