December 23, 2022Very satisfied with my recent move in processes at the Seasons as a returning tenant ( after moving away several years ago). I needed to return to leasing in the area again and so after touring many other apartment communities, my final decision was to return back here to live at the Seasons Apartment Community. I’m happy to be living here once again… in my new chapter of life to create new memories! Pleased with all the new Season’s Grey Star office staff- esp. Maddie the leasing agent, whom is ...very friendly, authentic, positive, and she’s well organized with being attentive to so many details. I really appreciated how caring and consistently patient she was with me…not rushing me, as so many tend to do nowadays. She’s been very good with maintaining all communications by emails and phone calls as well. Both Haili ( Assistant Manager) & Derek ( Community Manager) worked very well together as a positive knowledgeable team to get things accomplished for me, I’m thankful. I appreciate all the Seasons staff upbeat attitudes, their professionalism, timeliness in communications , and their responsiveness in addressing my needs and concerns, including the maintenance person- Tony’s, his follow up and professionalism. To me it’s important to have a caring, reliable management team. The Seasons Apartment Community, although large, is spaciously spread out well for privacy and has a pretty & peaceful older growth nature setting on and around property, I love it! My visitors and family say the same. I like the variety of apartment floor layouts to choose from ( this is now the 3rd unit I have lived in over many years here…each was a different layout) I like my new friendly respectful neighbors as well.Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2022From the time i called the seasons asking about a floorplan, to the time we signed the lease, everything went as smooth as butter. Management is welcoming, professional and honest. The application process was a breeze, they were very clear about what they needed from us which is more than i can say for other management teams at apartments we were previously considering. Once we met Taylor and toured our desire floor plan we had made up our minds! A good complex and good staff? Too good to be ...true. We were able to bring our beloved dog, as this is a pet friendly community.
