Noise & Management
January 4, 2017Nothing but issues, such as a boiler they knew was not working at the time of our move in, yet did not think that was worth mentioning to us, 7 days with no hot water. Fast forward to the Animal that has moved in above us, the noise is constant extending well past 2am. The management is horrific here, they have done nothing. From the answers we have received from them it is safe to say they have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT Move here if you want any quality of life.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth the money
December 31, 2015It has been a little more than a year since we moved into this apartment complex. There are many things to complain but i will try to be concise as possible. 1. Nose, nose and NOSE - from upstairs and next door. Thru floors and walls. When you are in rooms you can hear anything like footsteps, sneezing, conversations, weird mechanical sound and moaning of a couple. 2. Mold in walk-in closet - one wall of the walk-in closet is adjacent to a shower booth of a master bathroom. We are fighting ...with mold in the closet, but the worst part is the smell of it filling both master bedroom and the closet. 3. Safety - One day after work i found the entrance door of our unit was open and the lock was damaged showing signs of a forced entry. Thank god that we were not home and did not have anything missing. Internet connection - internet and cable tv are pre wired in this apartment and you get charged monthly for the service. It sounds fancy right? This means that you cannot have your own services. At this moment i am writing this review with my phone, we do not have an internet connection at all and we do not have anybody to call to complain/resolve this issue after the leasing office hours. If You have a work to do over night and you need internet connection, you would have to run to 24 hour starbucks. 5. Foul smell from a garbage chute. September 3, 2015I have lived here almost 5 years. The building is nice but the construction has been a problem. Very noisy! Also rent has gone up to over 3k when I started it was a little over 2k .Review from Apartments.com
