      Parking is an ongoing issue for residents. There are days where I can't park anywhere near my apartment as non residents are not held to rental agreement parking areas. Driving is supposed to be one way for safety and that has not been enforced which is a huge safety issue. Non residents are using amenities that are for resident use such as the dog park and those non residents live in nearby homes, some linger on property and look into and disturb residents. We pay for pest control monthly but I ...
      have only had two occasions where they have actually come into my apartment to spray. There are many inconsistencies and I've not been impressed.

      We have lived here for 4ish years. Jason has been the best manager we have and same goes for David. He is always on top of matainance, everything is taken care of within a day or if it's something major it's usually fixed right away. The views are amazing. Lots of wildlife to watch. Very family friendly complex.

      We love our apartment and feel very safe here. The staff, Jason the manager, and David the Best maintenance man, are both very professional. The Shoals has many amenities. A great place to work out is one. Bikes and canoes can be reserved for use at any time. Great since a person does not have to bother with personal storage. The Shoals has a beautiful view of the Tennessee River. Also, the Shoals is between North gate and Hamilton Place.

      For the most part it has been a good experience so far. Neighbors don't always abide by guest parking rules and parking can be a challenge for residents which has been a huge frustration... Trying to get a kayak has been extremely challenging as we've nor received responses to our request via email or return call.

      Great place for peace and quiet, with a wonderful community to grow with. My daughter loves seeing the deer that walk along the woods, and swimming in the salt water pool!

      I had very good reviews until lately. Maintenence and amenities are slacking. Pool has been closed 8 days now. Really very frustrating to pay for things that aren't maintained properly.

        Hey Misty! Thank you for your understanding and patience with the salt machine breaking down. Unfortunately, the pool took a week to get back to health standard levels once the new salt machine was installed.       Good however when lease was about up and we asked to go month to month the price quoted took us off guard. Everything has been good overall during our stay.
