Poor management
January 21, 2023You can hear every single footstep from upstairs units. Every single piece of wood in the ceiling cracks and pops with every footstep. This has greatly affected my mood and most importantly the quality of sleep I get. I have been here over 8 months and have only gotten uninterrupted sleep a handful of times, even with a brown noise machine. Management couldn't care less about any complaints they get. The property manager regularly ignores emails and is extremely hard to get a hold of in person. ...Add at least another $300-500 to the rent price you see advertised here for fees and utilities. Nothing is included at all. You have to pay an amenity fee, trash fee, sewer, water, etc.Property Manager Responded
