THE SUPER IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. SHE DOES NOT DO ANYTHING AND IF YOU COMPLAIN TO HEAD OFFICE SHE WILL GET OFFENDED AND GO AFTER YOU. SHE WILL SAY "WHY DID YOU CALL HEAD OFFICE" AND TRY TO RAISE HER VOICE OR MIGHT EVEN TELL YOU TO F-OFF LIKE SHE DID TO A COUPLE OF TENANTS IN THE BUILDING. IT ONLY GETS CLEANED WHEN CONTRACTORS COME OR INSPECTION COMES. THAT'S BEING LAZY. THE SUPER LETS TENANTS DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. SO IT'S A DO WHATEVER YOU WANT IN THE BUILDING. AS LONG AS SHE'S GETTING $$$ IN HER ...

I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CONDITION OF THIS APARTMENT BUILDING. THE PROPERTY IS NOT BEING KEPT CLEAN, AND COMMON AREAS ARE OFTEN DIRTY AND POORLY MAINTAINED. THERE IS ALSO A SERIOUS ISSUE WITH MICE ON THE 5TH, 6TH, AND 7TH FLOOR, WHICH HAS MADE LIVING CONDITIONS VERY CONCERNING FOR TENANTS. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF THE BUILDING AND ADDRESS THESE ISSUES PROMPTLY AND ENSURE A SAFE AND CLEAN ENVIRONMENT FOR RESIDENTS.
