Great Experience
December 15, 2025It's good for someone working at UTSW North/South Campus. The back door opens just in front of the North Campus. Convenient to walk. We were helped a lot by Tamara; she made sure our move-in was smooth. I appreciate the help. The facilities are good, and the rent is similar to the nearby places. No problems here…
October 3, 2025I moved into these apartments in January 2024, where I lived in a two bedroom two bath unit. Management has changed one time since I’ve been here and both times I thought that the office staff was pretty cool. However, the staff that we do have now, is very accommodating and they will work with you as long as you work with them. I’m going into my second year of being here at The Southwestern. I am now in a one bedroom apartment and I am in love! I usually don’t like carpet but the carpet that ...they have in here is not the usual carpet that you see in basic apartments. This is a nice unit and my neighbors are pretty cool as well. I look forward to being here a couple more years and then possibly moving into a home. Burgery for the second time
May 31, 2024All four tires were stolen last night. The thief broke in and stole five digits dollars stuff last year. The office lady just said "This is Dallas". Nothing were improved about more cameras and security measures. Nightmare.Review from Apartments.com

June 25, 2020The community is in a perfect location just outside of downtown but not too far and not too close for traffic purposes. Peaceful Community the staff is amazing over personally spoke with the manager and LaRie is AWESOME! LaRie made me seal the commitment with the community just from her hospitality alone and connection! If she does not know the answer she will make sure she finds it for you!
