She was extremely helpful guided us through every step of the move, which really reduced the stress. The apartment community is great, especially for people working at UTSW—it’s convenient and well located. Maintenance staff are always helpful and fix issues on time. We were helped a lot by Tamara; she made sure our move-in was smooth. I appreciate the help. The facilities are good, and the rent is similar to the nearby places. Management has changed one time since I’ve been here and both times I thought that the office staff was pretty cool. However, the staff that we do have now, is very accommodating and they will work with you as long as you work with them. I’m going into my second year of being here at The Southwestern. I am now in a one bedroom apartment and I am in love! I usually don’t like carpet but the carpet that ...they have in here is not the usual carpet that you see in basic apartments. This is a nice unit and my neighbors are pretty cool as well. I look forward to being here a couple more years and then possibly moving into a home.
