Best Apartment Ever!
August 8, 2025Katie, Sarah, Kevin, and Vicky are amazing and make the square feel like home and have created an incredibly safe atmosphere. They are so fast to help and solved whatever troubles you are facing. This apartment has the best cleanliness and not to mention is the perfect place to live in if you are attending university near by as it is extremely close to campus. Worth the wait
March 6, 2025My daughter currently lives here for college. Sarah & Katie are very friendly and helpful. Things that need attention are quickly handled. And their communication with tenants is very good. The building is clean and cared for by Kevin & Vickie. We moved her there from Cedar Broad and the difference is night and day. The office staff, especially Sarah and Katie, are always responsive and friendly, making it easy to feel at home. Great Staff and Location
June 30, 2021I've lived here for two years and am very happy here. As all the other reviews mention, the staff in the leasing office and maintenance are super sweet! The prices are pretty high but I would say worth it due to the really convenient location as a VCU student and all the amenities, especially the gym. I would say parking is really expensive, it's cheaper to get a spot close by elsewhere. The apartment itself is gorgeous, great views especially if you get one with a balcony!Property Manager Responded
