Katie, Sarah, Kevin, and Vicky are amazing and make the square feel like home and have created an incredibly safe atmosphere. They are so fast to help and solved whatever troubles you are facing. This apartment has the best cleanliness and not to mention is the perfect place to live in if you are attending university near by as it is extremely close to campus. I absolutely loved living here and their staff!

Katy and Sarah are the best! The apartments are spacious and beautifully designed. The complex itself is located in a perfect location, along with a very secure entry and exit system. The penthouse and gym are TO DIE FOR!

Worth the wait

My daughter currently lives here for college. Sarah & Katie are very friendly and helpful. Things that need attention are quickly handled. And their communication with tenants is very good. The building is clean and cared for by Kevin & Vickie. We moved her there from Cedar Broad and the difference is night and day. There is always a long waitlist. But if you can wait, it's very worth it.

The Square is by far the nicest place I've ever lived since moving out of my parents' house. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. Everyone has a positive attitude and says Hello. I'm living in a single apartment with a balcony looking down on W Grace St. I love sitting outside and drinking coffee in the morning.

Great Staff and Location

I've lived here for two years and am very happy here. As all the other reviews mention, the staff in the leasing office and maintenance are super sweet! The prices are pretty high but I would say worth it due to the really convenient location as a VCU student and all the amenities, especially the gym. I would say parking is really expensive, it's cheaper to get a spot close by elsewhere. The apartment itself is gorgeous, great views especially if you get one with a balcony!
