Best Apartment Ever!
August 8, 2025Katie, Sarah, Kevin, and Vicky are amazing and make the square feel like home and have created an incredibly safe atmosphere. They are so fast to help and solved whatever troubles you are facing. This apartment has the best cleanliness and not to mention is the perfect place to live in if you are attending university near by as it is extremely close to campus. Worth the wait
March 6, 2025My daughter currently lives here for college. Sarah & Katie are very friendly and helpful. Things that need attention are quickly handled. And their communication with tenants is very good. The building is clean and cared for by Kevin & Vickie. We moved her there from Cedar Broad and the difference is night and day. There is always a long waitlist. But if you can wait, it's very worth it.Property Manager Responded

Great staff and amenities
February 26, 2025I just graduated but lived at the square for 3 years. I truly miss the exceptional service now that I’ve graduated. The office staff, especially Sarah and Katie, are always responsive and friendly, making it easy to feel at home. The amenities are consistently clean and well-maintained, and the secure access system gives me peace of mind. February 7, 2025I’ve had the pleasure of living at the Square for 5 years and I can't say enough about how exceptional the apartment complex staff is. Sarah, Katie, Kevin, and Vickie gave me the feeling from moment I toured that they are committed to providing a comfortable and well-maintained environment for all residents. They are always friendly, approachable, and responsive—whether it's handling maintenance requests or answering questions, they are on top of everything with a positive attitude. The property ...itself is always impeccably cared for. The property is consistently neat and well-kept, with attention to detail in both common areas and the grounds. The team also ensures that any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently, often going above and beyond to make sure everything is functioning smoothly. It’s rare to see a staff that takes such pride in the upkeep of a community. Whether it’s through seasonal decorations, regular cleanings, or prompt repairs, it's clear they genuinely care about the living experience here. Everyone has a positive attitude and says Hello. Great Staff and Location
June 30, 2021I've lived here for two years and am very happy here. As all the other reviews mention, the staff in the leasing office and maintenance are super sweet! The prices are pretty high but I would say worth it due to the really convenient location as a VCU student and all the amenities, especially the gym. I would say parking is really expensive, it's cheaper to get a spot close by elsewhere. The apartment itself is gorgeous, great views especially if you get one with a balcony!Property Manager Responded
