August 6, 2020Llevo dos años viviendo aquí pero la verdad es que ando mucho arrepentido. Los servicios son horribles. El agua a veces huele mal. La piscina la abren cuando les da la gana. Llevo meses pidiendo unas luces para mi apartamento y usan la situación del COVID-19 para justificar su incompetencia. Hay muchos apartamentos del mismo precio o incluso más baratos que te van a dar un mejor servicio. Sin contar que me habían dicho que ellos se hacían responsables por el agua y a los meses me la empezaron a ...cobrar. Love my one bedroom apartment
June 22, 2019Beautiful small community, I love my one bedroom apartment here. Parking rules are very strict but looking at the positive it helps to keep our parking spots clear and available for us residents, visitors have their own designated areas. The office is closed on the weekends but other than that the staff is very helpful and professional. It's hard to get in touch with them over the phone on their busy hours but they get back with you if you leave a voicemail or an email. I hope this review helps.Review from Apartments.com

Unprofessional
October 15, 2018Wish I could Standard on the Creek zero stars. The office staff is very unprofessional and don’t know how to conduct business. I’m so glad I didn’t get a lease here. Office staff gives you the run around with everything and don’t know what they are talking about. Very unorganized and poor services. You’d get better service at the service station down the road then you would with the office staff. They don’t consider the time and travel for out of town people that want to get a lease with them.
