My experience at The Statler has been exceptional from start to finish.
As a first-time apartment renter transitioning from living in a home, I appreciated how seamless and well-organized the entire process was. Ayeshell managed my application from beginning to end with outstanding professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care. She went far beyond the role of a leasing agent—serving as a trusted guide throughout the entire experience.

When my original unit was not ready on move-in day due to contractor delays, she immediately arranged a comparable unit that fully met my needs, demonstrating both urgency and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
The property itself is exactly as advertised—modern, upscale, and thoughtfully maintained. The building is quiet, and the community is welcoming and friendly. My apartment features high-end finishes, including hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit high-efficiency washer and dryer, high ceilings, and abundant natural light, along with impressive views.
The location is another major highlight. The Statler offers exceptional walkability, with essential conveniences just steps away, including grocery stores, pharmacies, salons, coffee shops, restaurants, and public transportation.
