December 23, 2024I enjoyed my stay here at the Sterling. The staff was always there to help me with my issues, the amenities are bomb, and the events are well thought out with good food, entertainment, and decorations! I loved it here. The common spaces were kept clean for the most part. Every now and then the hallways would stink or someone wouldn't clean up after their pet, but this doesn't takeaway from the greatness of the community. You are around the corner from shopping centers, grocery stores, and theres ...walking trails nearby. Everything is within walking distance. November 11, 2024I would say move elsewhere. For the price point, there’s too many communities offering better options than what I’ve noticed at the Sterling thus far. This is extremely disappointing because Windsor seems to have a great reputation and the area itself is optimal for living, the Sterling feels neglected almost like an afterthought for Windsors portfolio.Property Manager Responded
