office. T ventilation system was HORRIBLE. Exhaust from the neighboring units would come in through your kitchen, causing your whole apartment to smell. Having the A/C on would just recirculate that air back in through the unit. A lot of residents with pets never bothered to pick up after their business, therefore a lot of dog poop would go everywhere after the lawn was mowed. Save yourself the trouble, and find a better place in this town, not affiliated with these people.

Next thing I know I have a paper stuck to my door of a late fee. Call the office and flat out told me there was nothing they could do. It was either pay the extra $75 late fee $15 processing fee or get evicted. Stephenville apartments does not care. They just want money. AVOID STEPHENVILLE APARTMENTS AT ALL COST (Parkview, Lillian II, Oak Tree, College View, The Columns, and Auburn Place or you will experience the same as the rest of us. They're owned by Stephenville Apartments). Even contractors around Stephenville talk about how terrible Stephenville Apartments are. If that doesnt tell you how bad it is....I dont know what will.
