Ever since taken over by AIR Communities, the complex has gone to the dogs. Abusive price increases, apartment issues that never get fixed, you name it. Not worth what they're charging, not by a long shot

This place is not safe. There are people coming in off the street and sleeping in lobby and courtyard. packages get stolen, cars are broken into. Not a secure place to live. people do a lot of drugs in stairwells and the gym. The cops are here almost everyday. Not a safe place for adults and especially kids. Come visit yourself and see how dirty the place is.

Clean building. Very nice apartments. Nice staff. Quiet atmosphere. Pet friendly.
Not kid friendly tenants and rules. Bad zoned elementary and middle schools.

I love living at the Summit. It's a very comfortable community and the neighborhood is very walkable and close to everything. Management tries hard to please the residents and is very friendly. The space and the views are unmatchable in this area at this price.
