Amazing apartments would definitely recommend!!!

I have been living in this apartment complex for over five years and have loved it!!! Any time I have needed assistance maintenance was always quick to help, and they are always so nice!! It is a quiet community but great for families with children, as they play outside all the time! Groundskeeping is always great and regularly maintained along with the pool. Trish in the office is absolutely amazing and is always so helpful when I need her. I love this complex and would definitely recommend it ...

I lived there for 1 year and I had a great experience. Management was kind and so was maintenance. If I ever had any issues they took care of it. I also like how green the grass. The apartment was roomy and I liked the fact the apartment had wood floors. I have 4 kids and they have a lot of room to run around.

WORSE Community, stay if you want to be ripped off!

The WORST management, WORST Community. We stayed for a very short period (few months) and spent 2 days deep cleaning the apartment leaving it in perfect condition but they still unfairly took all the security deposit and make us pay almost $200 more! to paint and change the flooring for their new tenant! they tried to prove that the apartment needed cleaning by sending us photos, but the photos didn't show anything! we were perfect tenants paying everything on time, not doing any troubles, and ...

providing all the documents and insurance all on time and as requested but that's how they treat respectful people. I disputed the charges and their management didn't do anything. All I can say they are unfair and beyond a CHEAP community. DO NOT RECOMMEND! And not to forget the "poop" smell in the whole community and finding some roaches which we treated ourselves, and NO PARKING just 1 car. so, if you have another car, forget about it, and if you have guests they can park and walk 1.5 half away1!

Don’t move here. Management is terrible. The only units that look good are the ones they use for showing. Parking is terrible. Maintenance does not have the proper tools are support to get anything done. Oh and no laundry in units.

I am a new resident here, being living here 4 months and i love it, is very quiet, is very green i love the pool is so big, and i love that the office staff is so friendly and helpfull had a problem in the middle of the night and they send someone right away. also they keep it very clean and residents are very nice, not to mention the big get together that they throw for the residents in Christmas. love it.

Since I've moved here, I've seen a drastic change in management.. No follow up on security issues. They tend to be double- standard who should follow rules here. With the drastic change of the environment, I wouldn't recommend this property to tangents that like quiet and safe enviroments.

I am a current resident, I have been living here for over 7 yrs. with my kids. My kids have grew up here and most important they call it HOME! Its very convenient for us,and very much in walking distance to their schools, shopping centers, Kaiser, everything we need. The office is so helpful and friendly!
