My A/C has been broken for four days and there has been a hole in my bathroom ceiling since mid-July. They charge for pest control, but they haven't sprayed in at least two months. The gym is full of broken cabinets and the community room is full of old furniture and off limits to residents. Back in the spring, they kept cutting off water because an unqualified plumber damaged a fire hydrant. That went on for over 30 days.
