Misleading pricing and fees were bouncing all over the place at times, depending on what apartment was available at what time and how long it’s been sitting.. Don’t really understand why they’re pricing keeps going up every month. i’m hoping when I renew my contract after one year the price doesn’t increase that much. January 1, 2026Great Experience We met with Ashley at around 4:15 on a Sunday afternoon. She was extremely kind and welcoming even though we were coming in late. We had talked to her on the phone prior to coming in and by the time we arrived she was prepared with the available units that fit our criteria. We greatly appreciated the transparency in pricing and fees that would be associated with leasing an apartment at your location. This is a feeling that was lacking in several other locations we visited. The ...tour was great and both my wife and I were made to feel at home. The apartment was close in price and amenities to others we had visited but due to the overwhelmingly positive experience with Ashley, we both immediately agreed that the trails was the place we would rather live at. We applied for a unit the next morning and hope that this atmosphere is indicative of the trails as a whole. Ashley was the reason that we chose the Trails and truly set it above and beyond the other complexes we visited.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2025Great experience with Ashley I had such an awesome experience right out the gate with Ashley. She was very helpful and made me feel right at home. I went to a few other apartment complex’s after having a tour with Ashley and can honestly say none of them gave me that same experience so I knew my choice was right when choosing The Trails! February 17, 2025Living at the Trails I have been living here for quite a few years now overall I'm satisfied it's a nice community the maintenance staff is terrific very professional.. being a senior I sure wish they would have some apartments dedicated to those over 65 at a lower rate since most of us live on Social Security and is getting a little hard to pay this high rent. The only other thing I know the windows in my apartment are not double pane or if they were they're not anymore because I sure hear a ...lot of the outside traffic noise into the wee hours of the morning..
