From light bulbs being out all over the property to pool maintenance items and enclosing the stairwells and painting that needs to be done all over the buildings. There is just too much. It makes a beautiful property ugly. If this place did not have so much construction going on it would be an absolutely beautiful place to live. It seems like there are so ...many upgrades and maintenance items needed that they would need a much larger staff to complete the projects in a quicker time. Nobody likes construction continually going on in a place they live. All the staff that I have interacted with here are great. Very friendly and good customer service skills. We have had problems with our air conditioning a few times since we've moved in. Including needing to have a portable air conditioning unit for 3 to 4 weeks ish. We had talked to her on the phone prior to coming in and by the time we arrived she was prepared with the available units that fit our criteria. We greatly appreciated the transparency in pricing and fees that would be associated with leasing an apartment at your location. This is a feeling that was lacking in several other locations we visited. The ...tour was great and both my wife and I were made to feel at home. The apartment was close in price and amenities to others we had visited but due to the overwhelmingly positive experience with Ashley, we both immediately agreed that the trails was the place we would rather live at. We applied for a unit the next morning and hope that this atmosphere is indicative of the trails as a whole.
