Things are about to get better!
June 6, 2025First and foremost, we’ve been residents here for several years and have witnessed multiple changes in management during that time. While I’m not sure why these changes kept occurring, they certainly did. One of the most disappointing transitions happened last year when a new management company came in and completely overhauled the staff, including the maintenance team. I was especially disheartened to see the original crew—Ray, Andy, and Junior—let go. They were outstanding. Their work was ...timely, precise, and reliable, and their presence truly made a difference in the quality of life here. It was hard to understand why management would part ways with such a dedicated team. Eventually, word spread that the company had reassigned them to different properties, and it showed—things were simply not the same without them. The replacement maintenance staff lacked the professionalism and care we had come to appreciate. In fact, the overall appearance and upkeep of the property noticeably declined. I remember telling my husband that it might be time for us to move, but the cost of relocating was just too high. We held on, hoping things would improve—but they didn’t. That is, until this week—when we saw Ray back on the property! We were overjoyed. We hugged him, caught up, and were thrilled to learn that he’s back permanently. My husband and I are truly relieved we stayed. With Ray’s return, I have full confidence that things will finally take a turn for the better. I sincerely hope he gets a strong team to support him like he had before. Lovely place to live
May 31, 2025I’ve lived here for 2 months and I love it. The gated community is very quiet and feels safe. Also, great if you have pets or kids because there is not a lot of through traffic. Maintenance has been very helpful and promptly installed a new refrigerator when ours was not getting cold enough with no fuss. My favorite parts of living here are the dog park and the landscaping. Nice community and good customer service
October 31, 2016Moving to a new city is not easy. I knew this is where I wanted to live once I called and was given all information over the phone and email. The manager spent 15 minutes on the phone answering all of my questions when everywhere else I called rushed me! The community is nicer than others I viewed here, much like what I was used to in Phoenix. The office employees are really nice and they care about your comfort in the apartment. September 23, 2015With the tuscany's beautiful home steal living comes a gated friendly community, with fun at every corner. Two pools a theater 24hr gym basketball courts and dog parks. I moved her 2 months ago and I feel like I'm on a vacation when I'm home. I walk out to my balcony and have a beautiful view anywhich way you look.!! Tuscany at Mesa Hills
August 14, 2015I just moved in a week ago. I love the location, close to the mall, gym, freeway. The apartment is very spacious. The layout is awesome. The only issue I have with the layout is the living room could be larger and the dining room smaller. Not much room for a couch /loveseat/ or seating more than a chair and couch. The gym, pool, basketball court, tennis court and dog parks are very nice. The apartment size is large and the pools could be larger to accommodate the residents. Maintenance ...needs to ensure all appliances are working prior to move in as 2 of mine are not working. The staff so far has been friendly. I looked at a lot of places before choosing Tuscany at Mesa Hills and I was impressed by the price I received (a special) and the overall complex. I hope to keep this as my home for a few years.
