I was interested in theyre 2bd 2bth apartment and theyre were 6 available online on theyre webiste and on apartments.com. I called them 4 days in a row multiple times a day and every single time got an automated message asking me to leave my name and number and that they would give me a call back. Never once did I receive a call back, I called 4 times in a row one morning and finally someone picked up just to tell me they have nothing available. They woman I spoke to was very rude and had no ...

They increased my rent by 62.00 a month... I'm on SSD and will receive an increase of 32.00 a month... I will be making less money per month in 2020 then 2019... I will not be here in 2021... I would not recommend The Veranda Apt's to anyone except to people I don't care too much about... One wonder why I see many U-Haul trucks at the end of the month...

This property is nice and spacious. The office staff is helpful and polite. It took 30 days to get approve but I had a role to play In it to...as far as providing documents and completing paperwork. My apartment is gorgeous and filled with natural sunlight. We have a pool that’s open all year round. The property is quiet and pet friendly. I love it. My rent is affordable and that’s the most important thing. I would give this place a 10 !!! The Veranda is the place you want to be!!

Literally the worst place to live!!! The office staff is completely awful and disgusting to you one you are locked into a contract. They act very pleasant and kind until there’s no way to back out! Yeah the facility looks nice but was built poorly. Live here for a week and you will see things fall apart right in front of you. When you ask to get it fixed you are treated horribly like it was your fault. They also take their sweet time if they even come to help fix it. I would definitely find ...
somewhere else to live! Trust me I am as soon as my lease is up! Want to talk to a manager about your issues, good luck they’re no where to be found when a problem is occurring. Also I have talked to about 17 other residents that have encountered the exact same issues. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

Fails to do maintenance, NO MAILBOXES

We were told that upon move in there would be mailboxes. That was last summer. It is now January and they take the mail at the front office without our permission and hold it without notifying us. They constantly break their own lease contract, they have German roach infestations, and when maintenance is called nobody comes. This has been going on for five months with no change in demeanor.

This community does not openly list anywhere that they have income restrictions on their housing. Not only do they have a minimum monthly income, but they also have a maximum yearly income. Due to this unless you make within their 10,000 income range, they will not rent to you. This should be OPENLY stated on their website or at least mentioned before I spend 30 min of my time touring the facilities.
