Welcome Home to The Verve! We currently have a move-in special for all our units! Apply and the total move-in cost is just $299 for the first full month's rent for our 1- or 2-bedroom apartments. Our Application/Administration fee is currently $99.00. We provide 24-hour maintenance service for any emergencies and laundry facilities. The property is good overall certain things were broken when I moved in and it was hard to reach the property manager and they choose to constantly paint over the mold on the ceiling instead of fix it

I just moved into Verve and gotta say what a great experience.
I work shift work at Exxon and had to obtain my move in package after normal hours and Melissa was more than accommodating.

My wife and I are moving to Baytown at the start of the year (work transfer) and searched all the available apartments and I have to tell you they have it going on at Verve Apartments. Beutifully renovated inside and out and the court yard is uneal .... see through fireplace, BBQ's, ouside lounge area, park beches and some really fun community stuff going on ... and Melissa the Manager .... simply the best !!

I used to live here but now I see that they are renovating and I wish I still lived there. They have new management, Melissa is so nice, wish we had her working there when I lived there. You guys have to go check it out they apartments are pretty well new everything seems so new!
