Poorly managed
July 13, 2023Difficult to communicate with the staff, in that they often didn't respond. For instance, they scheduled an inspection but missed it three times and didn't respond to emails. When I asked questions, they couldn't answer them because they lost records. They didn't even track that I had turned in my keys. Location is convenient, but pricey.
