Not only does this apartment have amazing views, great layouts, and access to the best coffee (shout out Isa), the management team here is amazing. December 6, 2024Our experience living at The View has been very positive so far. The staff are excellent at handling requests and are always helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond whenever there’s a problem. However, one concern is living alongside neighbors with dogs. While The View is a pet-friendly apartment, some tenants misuse this privilege by allowing their dogs to pee around the apartment grounds and amenities, or by walking them off-leash (in the building, & amenities area) despite posted rules and ...policies. As a result, the courtyard and the backdoor exit occasionally smell unpleasant, and the lobby before was stink, though it has been masked with air fresheners.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2024The View has single-handedly been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The concierge folks are great people in and out of the office, and have made life here a breeze. All neighbors have been kind and friendly, and you can walk to literally everything here. Starbucks downstairs, Chick Fil A a short 5 minute walk, bars down the block, and so many places for pets! October 3, 2024Entire first floor smells like garbage, mixed with bad fake scent. It makes my stomach turn every time I have to pass through it. Never ever have I lived in a building where I was forced to smell the garage multiple times of day, something has to be wrong and idk why its not being fixed. Most of the front desk customer service staff isn't interested in being in customer service. Youre lucky if they pick their head up from what their doing, let alone welcome you into your own home. Night staff ...is always absent from the front desk or just straight up asleep at the desk. Current "package" system needs to be replaced with a locker system - its 2024 after all. Trying to pick up packages at night is a joke and a huge waste of my time. Level and quality of service is wildly low considering the amount of money everyone pays to live here.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2024Love living at the View. Over the last few years I have noticed that rent prices continuously rise with little to no improvements in the amenities or apartment complex. Hallway carpets need replacing. Unauthorized vehicles park for weeks at a time in the visitors spots. Otherwise i think the apartment and staff are great.Property Manager Responded
