To whom this may concern, The owners and or managers practices are completely UNACCEPTABLE! They have my deposit, they have my rent and they are giving me the hardest time about covering what my lease says I'm definitely inside the boundaries of my request. I have bugs,I needs a working lock on my mailbox, my heat lamp in the bathroom is literally hanging out of the ceiling, my kitchen is growing mold and my front door is in horrible disrepair it needs to be replaced! My suggestion to any ...

future tenants is to find somewhere different to live! DO NOT MOVE TO VILLA MANOR unless you feel like all of things are acceptable. I repeat, DO NEED MOVE TO VILLA MANOR!
