I moved to Virginia from South Carolina and only had the weekends to find an apartment. Terry was wonderful that Saturday and showed me an unit without an appointment. The move in process was easy and I was able to take care of most of it before actually moving. While I was here, Julie and Terry were both easy to work with. When my window broke during the snow storm, they had it patched within 30 minutes. Tony was ...great taking care of any maintenance request within a day or two. The apartments are spacious and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and bug-free. I would recommend these apartments for both singles and families. It has been a great place to live.Read More

The Groundskeeper and Management Team are incredible and quick to address concerns, the location is quiet, and having elevators makes navigating and moving a breeze! We've loved every moment here! The apartments are fully carpeted, you have the option to rent a washer and dryer or bring your own, HVAC system keeps up with Virginia summers, and they ...keep the grounds really well kept. There's an online portal to pay rent, see announcements, and put in a maintenance request. Living here has been the easiest we've ever experienced!Read More

July 25, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are huge and love the fans in every bedroom! The property is clean and definitely seems safe, no worries about packages outside my door. When taking my dog on a walk to the dog park located on the property we always stop to see Julie in the office, she is so friendly. Work orders are done in a timely fashion and the maintenance men are always polite. Couldn’t say enough about this place, it was worth the wait for the apartment!

Near scenic walking, hiking and bike trails. Also, is located near the interstate, military bases, shopping malls, nice restaurants and it's close to Yorktown beach so it has something for everyone.

I was concerned about moving from a house to an apartment that I might feel cramped, but it was just the opposite. The layout is spacious with lots of windows and natural lighting, the appliances are stainless steel with granite counter tops and cherrywood throughout. It was clean, quiet yet not dull. The staff was friendly and always very responsive. I recommend this place if you want a nice place ...with great customer service. It's location is ideal; close to a school and shopping.
