Been here since 2023 (out of necessity), had several issues at move in; staff is not friendly-particularly the office manager, (high turnover at front desk), there’s rarely enough parking for residents, the pool table and ‘guest house’ we PAY for are locked when the office is closed- which is often and on the weekends, hot tub has been broken for months, firepit broken for years , they close the pool early for the season (with several more weeks of 85+ degree ...weather), NEVER answer their phones, are not kind to residents (especially kids), there are no play areas or structures on the property, and they send out aggressive emails calling out specific people. 8/4/23 email from manager: “Hello Everyone! ~ Please remind your children that the parking lot is not a playground and to watch out for cars. I have witnessed too many times a child on a bike not watching as they ride out into the parking lot and almost into a car. We understand that there are not a lot of places for children to play here at The Villas, but the parking lot is not a good option. Also, please remind them to stay off of patios, thank you!… ~ The pool will be closed on September 1st for the season” 12/20/23 email from manager: “ Good morning everyone! I didn't think this needed to be said but here we are, the back gate is for EXITING ONLY. You cannot drive in through the EXIT ONLY back gate, that is for EXITING only. You can only EXIT through the back EXIT gate. Do not try to enter through it when another car has exited, that is not how the gate works. Do not try to enter from Rural Rd after you see a car leave, that gate is for EXITING cars only. A maroon SUV more likely a resident in the M building, was witnessed driving into the EXIT gate as it was trying to close last night around 7:30 pm, and now it is stuck open…” 5/12/26 email from property manager: “ Effective immediately, parents and guardians are expected to actively supervise their children at all times while outside. If your child is reported outside unsupervised and causing issues and or damage, there will be legal action taken moving forward. Everyone has been notified and warned many times.” —- ***If you want to be bullied, be neighbors with hoarders (back side of property), encounter stray dogs, and rarely have parking available, this is the place for you!!! I will give credit- the maintenance guy is prompt, courteous and respectful of our space, and the apartments are just fine.Read More

Sidewalks and street lamps make such a hug difference! The grounds are well-maintained and always clean. The office staff is wonderful, remembers everyones names and seem to care about all the residents as if we are friends!

The gated community is safe and small enough for residents to get acquainted. I have two friends who rent elsewhere in Olympia and, while their rents are similar, the apartments are smaller, dated, noisy and have trash problems. They love my home and want to move here!
