March 7, 2022Great friendly staff, grounds are beautiful, and I can have my large dog with me. Management is so friendly, the manager showed me 3 different apartments without hesitation, and answered all my questions, which were a lot, without the sense that I was bothering her. The leasing gal was so sweet, she gave me all the brochures I needed and a bottle of water. I am waiting for them to have a 1 bedroom available then I will make Kennedy Creek my home! Prices were Inconsistent
August 5, 2020First off the lady that gave me the tour was very nice. The places are nice and spacious. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not that desirable for the prices they are asking to rent a unit. During my office visit I was quoted a lower reasonable price but when I went online to apply the price had increased. I informed the office and they said their prices change quite often, which was not disclosed during my visit. June 3, 2020Beautiful community, quiet. Friendly staff, professional. Only suggestion I have is that the clubhouse be open until the time we were told it would be, 10pm; and open on Sundays as well. We are paying for those amenities and I feel they should stay open for residents to use. We just moved in August 2019 and our rent is already going up...I don't understand when you have great tenants why you'd continue to raise rent, especially when it is expensive to begin with.Property Manager Responded
