March 9, 2026I appreciate, Eric the maintenance person.; he is Excellent! As for the manager, Renee she has been nothing but disrespectful, discriminatory and completely unfriendly and rude to approach. Very rarely is anyone in the lobby or game room.. That is sad. I have made direct contact with Securite.Properties and she still remains. I want nothing ro do with this person!! It is sad that she is "the face" of Secure Properties.Property Manager Responded

March 7, 2022Great friendly staff, grounds are beautiful, and I can have my large dog with me. Management is so friendly, the manager showed me 3 different apartments without hesitation, and answered all my questions, which were a lot, without the sense that I was bothering her. The leasing gal was so sweet, she gave me all the brochures I needed and a bottle of water. I am waiting for them to have a 1 bedroom available then I will make Kennedy Creek my home! Prices were Inconsistent
August 5, 2020First off the lady that gave me the tour was very nice. The places are nice and spacious. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not that desirable for the prices they are asking to rent a unit. During my office visit I was quoted a lower reasonable price but when I went online to apply the price had increased. I informed the office and they said their prices change quite often, which was not disclosed during my visit.
