We love this community here! Marie and Perry are amazing. We’ve lived here for over three years and just renewed an additional two-year lease. You are immediately heard when there have been minor maintenance needs, and Perry does a wonderful job helping on-site. We've lived in the Kingswood Apartments for two years now. When we got new neighbors we noticed a near constant marijuana smell. We spoke with the landlord and have had to reach out to West Chester dispatch a few times because the smell has exacerbated our son's respiratory condition. The officers told us it was the landlord's responsibility to address the issue. The week after we file a complaint we get an email threatening eviction due to an unauthorized pet. We don't own any pets. The ...

Be VERY careful of this place. They claim to run a promotion of "free rent" when you sign a 13 month lease. When you sign the lease, they will tell you you don't owe anything for the first full month you are there. WRONG!!!! They will continue to charge you the $25 pet rent, but won't tell you about. Then, when you pay nothing (as you were told), they will charge you a $75 late fee. Oh, and if you choose to pay your rent online, there is a $30 "convenience fee" per payment. Yes, PER PAYMENT. ...
That's also something they don't tell you about. I'm only one month into this place and HATE IT with ever fiber of my being, not because of the location or the property, but because of the management and all of its hidden fees. Don't waste your time on this place. I wish I hadn't.

we have been living here for almost 4 years now and completely love it. if you have to rent this is the best option because they feel like homes. we have our own garage, yard and basement. the neighborhood is well kept and we love taking walks. Nicole the property manager is super nice and everything we need taken care of is done by wonderful maintenance.

Eric was so accommodating and informative during my property tour. He addressed all of my concerns from rental eligibility, to snow removal (these Georgia bones don't like the snow) I knew my search was over the minute I stepped inside the home. The staff is amazing, the property from the fireplace to the spacious rooms & bathrooms, to the cozy backyard spaces CANNOT be beat for the price. Close enough to 75 and downtown West Chester to smell the rubber from the 18 wheeler tires and the strips frying at Raisin' Canes,but also tucked back just far enough to have that real neighborhood feel.
