Maintennance The Maintennance crew at this complex is really good. They are on top of requests and come asap for any issues there is. It doesnt matter if is Ac, water, lock batteries ...you name it they take care fast. And everything all around is well taken care of. TY!

Master bedroom shower Not happy with the type of shower head that was supplied. The shower head was replaced and in a timely manner but the shower head is an older model and not the one that was originally there.

Great service My dishwasher broke, had to call for help bc it was overflowing. Maintenance came right away to address the issue. Less than a week later I have a new better dishwasher. ????

Battery Low I received a message that the battery in the door lock was low. It was my first time receiving the message, so I did not pay much attention to it. While sitting at my desk working there was a know on the door. The voice on the other side of the door siaid, , this is maintenance coming to resolve your ticket. Well, I had not submitted a ticket. When the young man told me what he was here for, explained how the process worked and immediately put in new batteries. Needless to say, I ...
was impressed. Much appreciated. Now if something could be done with the stray cat; it seems as if several residents feed the cat. I don't care for cats and this will approach you seeking food or an invite into your space. I hope something can be done about this concern.
