Between the trash piling up outside the dumpster and into the street every single week and zero oversight over the amenities, it isn't a place you want to be. Everyone in the office is rude and unprofessional and every weekend consists of loud and obnoxious drunken parties at the pool. Even after multiple complaints, management allows it to go on disrupting anyone who lives in the vicinity. Best apartment community in the Northland for the price!
October 3, 2017I lived at The Vintage for 1.5 years with my 2.5 year old daughter and our small dog. We had a wonderful experience with the staff and enjoyed the newly renovated clubhouse and fitness area and tanning booth. There was no drama in the parking lots; most neighbors are professionals or small families who work a lot; there were no children or teens running around loudly. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond and is THE BEST I've ever seen in any apartment community. Always felt safe on our ...first floor apartment. I have lived in a number of northland apartments and by far, The Vintage was the best! I only moved because I moved into a house. Would move back if ever needed to.Property Manager Responded

Nice Apartment, But....
July 26, 2017Nice apartment, but we have not had a functioning air conditioner for almost three months. Maintenance has looked at it seven or eight times, and just says it is "working properly." Meanwhile, it's 84 degrees inside and my utility bills are out of sight because of the struggling unit running 24/7. Parking is tight--expect to walk a long way if you come home in the evening or on the weekend. We won't be renewing our lease.Review from Apartments.com
Great Place...
February 27, 2017I literally love living at The Vintage. The new staff Lindsey, Jessica, and Stacy are always friendly and great on the eyes lol, but they do their best to help with anything. The new renovations are beautiful. I love the fitness center its da bomb which include a sauna. But the only down fall sometimes is the parking other than that your gonna love your stay at the Vintage. Here's the big plus tho, Its right next to Zona, too!Property Manager Responded

September 27, 2016I have lived at the vintage for 6yrs and in that time frame management has changed 4 times, along with that service has gone down in each passing year. Now going into the sixth year it had gotten to the point where management was hard to reach and some maintenance calls would take days to fix that's normally a quick fix that would take only minutes. But the biggest issue was safety, lights would continuously go out on the property that would take days to replace, and the patrol that looked ...after the property after hours was canceled.
