great inside the apt but not so great outside your unit
July 7, 2025parking is every man for himself unless you have an extra $150 /month for lot parking, or $200 /month for garage. my car's catalytic converter was stole due to the street parking but it was still cheaper to fix than to pay for their parking... the floor plan is spacious and the balconies are great stoner neighbors are a bummer, especially when it seeps through the walls into your unit or the hallway. fun location if you can overlook the homeless population immediately behind the property. i ...was there 2.5 years and saw like 4 new property managers which is a shame but they were all decently kind and helpfiul. for maintenance, i never had an issue that wasnt resolved in a timely manner. and nothing serious everyone who was living in the complex were kind and never had issue with stolen packagesRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
