October 22, 2025I have been living here at the Water’s of Millerville since July and can’t say enough great things about my experience. The apartment unit in itself is very nice and modern. October 21, 2025Very peaceful and upscale type of living here! No loud noises or no illegal activity goes on here! The neighbors are very quiet that you barely see any on my floor! Always clean around here and I have not had any issues with anything breaking, and if I did, maintenance is here on time!Property Manager Responded

The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center make living here so enjoyable.
