March 12, 2026The Waters looks really nice, but if I’m gonna be honest, a few things are not so great about it. There should be a method to their madness. Working at night and coming home, only to be woke up every morning out your sleep is diabolical. From the trash valet service to the always some type of work being done. The gates being broken to walls being paper thin is so annoying especially, paying what we pay.Property Manager Responded

The movement of the water is calming, and it helps me clear my mind when I’ve been overthinking or feeling overwhelmed. It’s one of the few places where I can just sit still and not feel pressure to do anything. Watching it flow reminds me to slow down and breathe. February 6, 2026I absolutely love my new home here. From the high ceilings, to the double sinks in the bathroom , to the balcony , I absolutely love every single thing about it.
