      I am one of the original residents from when the property opened in the summer of 2024, and I was overly satisfied with the service and money I was spending. Now, the gates break almost every 3-4 months, it’s hard to get a hold of people at the front that know more than basic leasing information that you can find online, their prized coffee machine is frequently out of service, during the holidays grown adults (college students, I assume) will be yelling and screaming past quiet hours (some ...
      visibly drunk walking around with vodka bottles), and after living here for some time you can see that the luxuries of the apartments are the amenities and the kitchen island. There seems to be a high turnover rate with the staff, and with the influx of residents it seems like they need more support to accommodate everyone. They do, however, make it a point to keep the place very clean! To each their own, but these are things you won’t see on a 15 minute guided walkthrough.

      my resident experience was cool and different with the little two years i was there . i over the amenities and everything else about the complex. very clean and quiet. just wish the prices were a little lower

      I love staying at The Water's of Bluebonnet. Its a safe community. The grounds are well kept and clean. The units are beautiful. The front desk staff are amazing and caring. Maintenance address any issues asap. We have the best parties and social gatherings and everyone feels like family.

      The move-in experience was welcoming and warm. My leasing Agent was 5-star worthy! I wish I had walked through my unit before signing the lease. There were a few infrastructure issues that I was disappointed by, but they weren't major issues. The office was able to place a maintenance order to address the details. I appreciate the prompt response.

      Living at The Waters at Bluebonnet and working for Stoa Group has been a great experience. The service team is always quick to respond and very helpful. I also love that they offer fitness classes twice a week. I would recommend The Waters at Bluebonnet to anyone!

      I love this community. A place where I can call home is so amazing. Love all the amenities and community bonding events. I will definitely be staying here for a while. Nothing better than this place. When I first toured it I just fell in love.

      Love living here clean and secure. I also love the resident events that are offered monthly. I would highly recommend living here. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I dropped my wallet while running inside from the rain and it was returned to me with everything in it! This was by far a genuine experience.

      The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with the staff or any of the residents. This place is truly amazing and the cherry on top is how the management has events to make the community feel more welcoming.
