    The apartment complex is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The application process was easy and quick. The apartment complex is close to shopping, restaurants and LSU. Cannot wait to spend at least the next four years here.

    Very nice and safe environment. The staff is also accommodating and available every time I have needed assistance. My unit is a one-bedroom up to date, sophisticated layout.

    It’s a nice looking complex, yet parking sucks (to say the amount of money we pay, we shouldn’t have to fight over parking spots) and the insulation is horrible!

    All of the staff are amazing. The property is kept pristine and I feel safe living here. Everyone that i have met are very friendly. All of the amenities are well above other places I have lived.

    Overall we love our new home! It is spacious and the amenities are great. Just wish at least water was included in the rent otherwise the office staff is usually friendly and maintenance comes quickly when you put in the work order

    For the most part, the Waters at Millerville have met my expectations. My experience would be great if I didn't have to deal with loud music blaring from my neighbors every other day.
