September 28, 2022Absolute bait-and-switch pricing. They raised rent by 30% in a single year? Get out of here. Won't respond to maintenance tickets, emails, anything. May 31, 2022Condos and apartments are amazing really good looking, but the staff and customer service is awful, they never pick up the phone, tried renting there and I had to call and go to the office personally to get my paperwork instead of them calling me. Rented the apartment but every time I call about any issue or concern I recibe no answer. If you are interested in the common area you can only have 2 guest, and you can not rent out the area for any special events you have. Wonderful Place
January 28, 2020I lived here for a year with a roommate and had absolutely zero complaints. The management was great and the neighborhood was so nicely kept and quiet. Wonderful place

Great place!
January 30, 2018I checked this place out a couple of times before making a final decision to rent here. During that time they did change their special so it’s based off of when you apply. The $250 gift card is given when you apply within 48 hours. I just received $1500 off my 1 bedroom, but you must sign at least a 13 month lease. Lies to take residents
December 20, 2017I am a resident of The Wendell, I would prevent others from becoming residents of this place. Since the advertisements they make are deceptive and use the lies to take new customers. The promotion of $ 1000 and $ 250 in gift card is a lie, I was not granted it. I recommended some friends to live here and they offered me $ 500 bonus, it was also a lie, they only gave me $ 300. My parents-in-law come to visit me and as it is a smoke free community they go to the other street to smoke, my ...mother-in-law is disabled and still respects the norm, and two of my neighbors smoke in their apartments and in the common areas, I have made the claim and nothing happens.
