Just moved in this weekend and so far I'm super pleased with: 1) Staff friendliness and helpfulness 2) Surprisingly quiet! I don't really hear anyone near me or in the halls 3) Cleanliness/generally it smells very good in the common areas 4) Safety/security There have been a couple snags with my key fob not working on the outside doors and maintenance being too far away to help, but that's very minor and had it not happened on a Sunday I'm sure it would have been fixed right away. So far so good! ...
Rent portal is also very easy to use and I can pay in advance/credit my account which is nice. I'll update my review a few months from now :)

Don’t do it. The only reason it’s 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the staff. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. It’s kept clean. However, everything else about this place… Constant noise: trains driving by, the alarm system for the apartment complex being built nearby always going off, constant fire alarms, and loud cars revving their engines. Even though we live by a fire department, it’s at least a half hour disruption almost weekly. Massive fight in the hallway. Blood ...
everywhere. Parking is an extra $100 a month or good luck getting a spot if you come in in the evenings. Finally, when moving in the elevator was broken. Just constant issues.

I have mostly enjoyed living here. The building is fine, the amenities are good, it's a nice mix of people. However, there have been issues with the fire alarms, limited parking, and smells in the hallways and stairs due to people not properly cleaning up after pets.

The Westbrook at Brewer's Row is in a great area, walkable to lots of restaurants, activities, etc. And very close to 95 and 64, making it easy to get around the area. Complex amenities (pool, fitness room, common areas) are well-maintained.

Pretty nice apartments, a bit noisy due to the walls being thin. The maintenance and front office are all very nice. The amenities are nice but would check it out in person due to the pool size being a bit smaller than expected. Overall nice apartments

I like the amenities, the community is friendly as well as the staff, and I like the deal we got on our unit for the space and layout. The area is okay, but there is a lot of noise outside, with the train as the biggest offender. There are a few door hinge-related issues, and dog barks also carry through the halls on occasion. Overall, I am fairly satisfied with this lease and hope it stays that way through the rest of our lease.

Parking lot is full at night, reserved space is half empty and costs $100 a month, and the elevator is out a lot. Nice space and modern, but if you're by the window you hear loud cars and people in parking lot. Random things will stop working or break out of nowhere.
