October 22, 2024Lost our application days after submission. This included SS #'S credit info et al. Elevator was working 30% of the time. Unannounced viewings while we were still in occupancy. Lots of construction on upper floors. Garage door was prone to failure.Review from Apartments.com
Decent complex for the price. Great location
December 4, 2016I have lived at the Thornton Apartments complex for a year and a half. Pros: Great maintenance team! Quiet complex. - most of the time. A little bit of noise Friday and sat nights from the bar around closing time. Walking distance to Bart./ central downtown location. No issues with packages being left by UPS and FedEx. Cons: Old elevator that is not ADA compliant. Ramp out front also not ADA compliant. -not a wheelchair accessible ramp. It would be nice if they updated the front door ...intercom system. Dryers- I always pay for extra time and dry everything at the highest heat setting to get clothing dry.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
