October 22, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comLost our application days after submission. This included SS #'S credit info et al. Elevator was working 30% of the time. Unannounced viewings while we were still in occupancy. Lots of construction on upper floors. Garage door was prone to failure.

December 4, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived at the Thornton Apartments complex for a year and a half. Pros: Great maintenance team! Quiet complex. - most of the time. A little bit of noise Friday and sat nights from the bar around closing time. Walking distance to Bart./ central downtown location. No issues with packages being left by UPS and FedEx. Cons: Old elevator that is not ADA compliant. Ramp out front also not ADA compliant. -not a wheelchair accessible ramp. It would be nice if they updated the front door ...intercom system. Dryers- I always pay for extra time and dry everything at the highest heat setting to get clothing dry.Read More
