DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
February 11, 2021DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! I moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. The apartment manager, Esmeralda, made sure I paid $1,250 before giving me the keys to the apartment. The apartment hadn’t even been cleaned yet when I was given the keys and it was DISGUSTING!!! The light switch in the “dinning room area” wasn’t even secured to the wall, wires were showing, the light fixture didn’t work, there’s a hole in one of the bedrooms, NONE of the windows had locks or screens, there was a water leak ...from the AC. Come to find out, the AC unit was the original unit for the 70’S!!! One drawer in the kitchen was nailed shut with NO drawer and the other had no bottom to it! We had NO AC when we moved in and was told nothing could be done until Monday. Mind you, we’re in Texas and this was before the temperature dropped. We now have NO heat going on almost 2 days now and we have a 3 MONTH OLD & a 2 YEAR OLD!!! If it weren’t for maintenance bringing us heaters, my kids would have been left in the cold because the apartment manager was gone for the day and wouldn’t answer her phone for maintenance. I called the emergency maintenance line 3 TIMES and she has YET to contact me back about anything! She sits in the office all day and does NOTHING! And if there’s any issues, all she says is “I’m sorry for the inconvenience.” These apartments are NOT worth the money they’re asking for!Property Manager Responded

Living At Richland Springs Apts
July 8, 2018We have been here for almost 2 years, and managers, and maintenance staff are very helpful. You may have to wait a while to get repairs, depends on what all needs to be done at the apts, but you will get problem taken care of! They are reliable at Richland Springs!Property Manager Responded

Landmark Apartments
July 22, 2015We have been here since 2012, and since then we've had some ups and downs, and a few different managers. All of them have been pretty great, along with their staff of maintenance men and women. The grounds always looks nice, and since the new management, things have gone so much smoother.
