absolutely disgusting
March 29, 2024Went to tour this place recently and it was INFESTED with roaches. They were all over the floor, dead ones, almost dead ones, some just walking around and the person giving the tour, while nice, just acted like it was no bid deal. There were tiny ones along the walls too, and on the doors, and more dead big ones in the room I toured. The place just had a bad smell too. And, in the room I toured, the closet door was broken off the rail, and the lights didn’t work in the main room. So so many red ...flags. Was shown the laundry room and there were of course more roaches, even a trap in the corner that was FULL. I wanted to run out of that place as quick as I could, I wish I had as soon as I saw the roaches in the first hallway. I know some places are bound to have the occasional bug, but this was ridiculous, and it seemed like no big deal to them. Look Elsewhere
November 2, 2021I have only lived here 2 months and I am already regretting it. The apartment floorplan I applied for online did not match the unit I moved in to. I was not able to see the unit prior to move in, so that is kind of my fault - but basically also told by them to just deal with it, I already signed the lease. There are roaches all over the place and it is just disgusting. There is a musty smell throughout the building and layers upon layers of paint everywhere. The only fix they do is paint ...over issues. The neighbors are loud and smell awful. There are many minority families that are cramming 8 people in a 2 bed apartment, causing hygiene and cleanliness issues for other units. Worst apartment I have ever moved into
December 11, 2020I have lived here since 11/30, I have roaches in my apartment all day and night. The complex did the most minimal “work” to think this apartment was move in ready. The faucet in my shower was completely messed up and had to be fully replaced, the GFI plug by the kitchen sink was painted over so many times that the buttons would no longer push in. The apartment was beyond filthy until I cleaned it. I put in work orders for these issues on 12/4 and had to call repeatedly before anyone would ...respond. This place is a nightmare.
