The maintenance service I am receiving now is far above any of the previous property managers. I feel I’m finally getting the attention my unit needs. July 11, 2025Making progress! The complex has struggled with frequent changes in management but seems to be a much better path as of the last 1.5 years. The company is making efforts to address old/broken features of the units and finally has the pool open. So while there is a backlog of things to do they are taking good steps forward. The only remaining issue is difficulty getting ahold of the office via phone, but that also seems to be getting slightly better.Property Manager Responded
