Rodents , Electrical and LIARS
March 19, 2026I was pressured to move in quickly and NONE of the maintenance was done ( electrical issue, plumbing issues, horrible paint) The office was sending people to fix things that were broken on move in for 6 months. The shower broke the first week after move in and it took them a month and a half to fix it. The door to the "gym" was broken for the first 8 months. There were squirrels in the walls of the bedroom. You could hear them clawing around and it took them 2 months to send someone. When ...winter came they sent out a notice that the fireplace could no longer be used, ( its in the lease that the fireplace is a working fireplace). When I refused to sign the fireplace agreement they sent people out to board up the fireplace. I was told that I could have a grill when I moved in ( now told I can't have a grill ). EMMA and CRYSTAL are horrible to work with. They will be nice to your face and promise the moon but never follow through. They pressured me multiple times times write a review when I moved in... November 8, 2025Cush-Wake for the win! I’ve lived at 3Fountains for 6.5 years. My late wife moved in after her stroke in 2019. The maintenance service I am receiving now is far above any of the previous property managers. I feel I’m finally getting the attention my unit needs. July 11, 2025Making progress! The complex has struggled with frequent changes in management but seems to be a much better path as of the last 1.5 years. The company is making efforts to address old/broken features of the units and finally has the pool open. So while there is a backlog of things to do they are taking good steps forward. The only remaining issue is difficulty getting ahold of the office via phone, but that also seems to be getting slightly better.Property Manager Responded
