March 27, 2024This is the worst property management company in South Florida. I’ve been in my unit since the summer of ‘23 under a 12-month lease and have had maintenance-related issues every month since I moved into my unit. They do not respond to maintenance-related issues or do anything about neighbor complaints. The “maintenance team” is one older gentleman who is not qualified to perform most of the maintenance-related issues on the property. They ignore the disgusting and hazardous conditions on their ...property from lack of cleanliness throughout the building to overflowing waste, trash, and illegal dumping issues on a weekly basis. Neighbors can casually drag their leaky overflowing trash bags all over your door and nothing will be done about it. Only 1 visitor parking spot for over 3 dozen tenants. No parking enforcement as anyone can park on the property without penalties limiting parking for actual tenants. Blocking fire exits and one-way streets. Not to mention inaccuracies with rent billing and payments. They will post notices on your doors intended for other tenants without justification or apology. Highly unprofessional and unresponsive. The list goes on and on. If you see a JMK property run in the other direction please reconsider because they will gladly take your money and leave you to fend for yourself if you have issues later on which you most certainly will.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
