    The apartment is modern and clean, with high-quality finishes and appliances. I especially appreciate the spacious layout and large windows that bring in a lot of natural light. The building is quiet, which has made settling in and adjusting to the new space a lot easier.

    Quincy is located in a nice neighborhood with a convenient park and grocery store within easy walking distance. The units are spacious and it is a great bonus to have a garage. However, the amenities are unreliable. The front pool has been closed for over a week and according to Quincy communications it will be closed “until further notice”. It stinks to lose access to a pool in the middle of Summer. The gym at Quincy is only open during office hours (office closes at 5:00), so you can’t reliably ...
    use it, and when the office staff take people on tours they close and lock the gym. When we renewed our lease, Quincy raised our rent to be over $100 more a month than the same unit was being advertised for online. When we brought this up to the office staff their response was “The renewal price is non negotiable. Accept it or move out”. Zero explanation as for why it was acceptable for them to charge us $100 more than they are charging new residents. And lastly, parking spaces are scarce.

    I absolutely love this apartment and everything about it! The pet spa is such a standout feature—it’s fully stocked with a dog washing sink, blow dryer, treats, and even tennis balls. The location is perfect with a beautiful park directly across the street, the whole complex looks amazing, and everything was so clean when we moved in. The amenities are incredible—between the pool, the grill, the garage, and everything else, it really feels like home. Seriously one of the best places I’ve ever ...

    Community is decent. As with any location there is always the obnoxious individual that does not understand noise levels. I gave a 4 star due to the fact that it takes office personal a long time to deal with the aforementioned!

    Quincy is a nice place to live, minus the dog poop that is scattered all around the property. I don’t own dogs and personally never will, but with a dog park on the premises you’d hope people would take care of their dog’s business over there! Also one of my neighbor’s garages was broken into (the thief had a device specifically for breaking into garage doors). Don’t store valuables in your garages here! There is a problem with parking. Many people will use their garages as storage lockers and ...
    keep furniture and exercise equipment in them, then park their cars in the open spaces that people without a garage space actually need. There are no reserved spaces, and there really should be. People frequently run out of space to park and then park in the fire lane. I’ve even seen the Quincy maintenance team park in the fire lane spaces multiple times. When our laundry machine broke, they replaced it with a machine 1/3 smaller than the old machine. Can barely wash a full load of clothes now.

    This will be my 6th year here at Quincy Ive been very comfortable here. My unit is a 1 bedroom with an attached garage .The bedroom is good sized with lots of natural light. It has a small bathroom and an ample walk in closet. The livingroom iis nice and has a real wood burning fireplace. Both the livingroom and bedroom have sliding doors that open onto the patio .I love the patio its large enough for several big pots for flowers and a small table and chairs. Easy for entertaining.     management is attentive and reachable.. Issues and repairs are addressed and handled promptly. i was drawn to the well kept landscaping trees and grass lots of green. Shopping is across the street , restaurants and parks close by. Its a pleasant convenient location all around.

    Nice place to live, but it is annoying when I wanted to go swim in the summer and both pools were out of service for a whole week. Dog friendly community but there is frequently dog poop left in grassy areas (I don’t have a dog).
