June 25, 2025I absolutely love this apartment and everything about it! The pet spa is such a standout feature—it’s fully stocked with a dog washing sink, blow dryer, treats, and even tennis balls. The location is perfect with a beautiful park directly across the street, the whole complex looks amazing, and everything was so clean when we moved in. The amenities are incredible—between the pool, the grill, the garage, and everything else, it really feels like home. Seriously one of the best places I’ve ever ...lived!Property Manager Responded

April 3, 2025Quincy is a nice place to live, minus the dog poop that is scattered all around the property. I don’t own dogs and personally never will, but with a dog park on the premises you’d hope people would take care of their dog’s business over there! Also one of my neighbor’s garages was broken into (the thief had a device specifically for breaking into garage doors). Don’t store valuables in your garages here! There is a problem with parking. Many people will use their garages as storage lockers and ...keep furniture and exercise equipment in them, then park their cars in the open spaces that people without a garage space actually need. There are no reserved spaces, and there really should be. People frequently run out of space to park and then park in the fire lane. I’ve even seen the Quincy maintenance team park in the fire lane spaces multiple times. When our laundry machine broke, they replaced it with a machine 1/3 smaller than the old machine. Can barely wash a full load of clothes now.Property Manager Responded

February 5, 2025This will be my 6th year here at Quincy Ive been very comfortable here. My unit is a 1 bedroom with an attached garage .The bedroom is good sized with lots of natural light. It has a small bathroom and an ample walk in closet. The livingroom iis nice and has a real wood burning fireplace. Both the livingroom and bedroom have sliding doors that open onto the patio .I love the patio its large enough for several big pots for flowers and a small table and chairs. Easy for entertaining. The current ...management is attentive and reachable.. Issues and repairs are addressed and handled promptly. i was drawn to the well kept landscaping trees and grass lots of green. Shopping is across the street , restaurants and parks close by. Its a pleasant convenient location all around.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2025Nice place to live, but it is annoying when I wanted to go swim in the summer and both pools were out of service for a whole week. Dog friendly community but there is frequently dog poop left in grassy areas (I don’t have a dog).Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024This will be my 6th year living @ Quincy. Sitting here watching it snow outside. Having the 2large glass doors opening onto my patio, and another huge window in my bedroom fills the area with light. I have a one bedroom with a wood burning fireplace and an attached garage. My patio is large surrounded by trees and bushes and well kept green lawn. That is what I enjoy most. The front office is attentive, maintenance team responds and works for a solution. The price has increased every year ...like everywhere. Shopping is right across the street..The neighborhood is good.The mountains so near offer many opportunities to see wildlife and watch the sun rise and set. I like it here. September 30, 2024The pools are nice, the gym isn’t great, and the dog park is okay. Location next to the Academy Hills park and Mountain Run shopping center is amazing! The units are generally nice, but lack consistency across the board. Our unit is the same model as our neighbor’s, but the fixtures in her unit are completely different, so beware that what you see on the tour might not match what you get. Construction has been going on here for many many months, and parking has been tedious if you don’t park in ...your garage.most days I struggle to find an empty parking space by my building at 4:15 PM, which is annoying.Property Manager Responded
