Troy and his wife are very unprofessional. We had a cockroache problem I had to say something everyday for a month before he sent someone. Now that we don't live there he's trying to take us to collections for past rent however we paid and I have receipts. Even the collections ladie said his numbers don't add up because he's a scammer. Also tried to say we didn't pay deposit plus prorated rent however I have receipts for that too. Don't east your time with people who are out to steal from you. ...
Plus all the apartments have mold and all they do is paint over it.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! You will absolutley regret it. Ive never had such an awful and disgusting experience living in an apt in my life. The managers troy and his wife are sketchy drug addicts that are lazy and liars. 4 units including mine had a rat infestation and we all complained to have something done about it. Troy said the exterminator came while I was at work but that never happened. Theres black mold in the bathrooms and walls. And then 5 days ago we have a flea infestation from some crack ...
heads apt four doors down. The rent has gone up 4 times in the past 2 years and nothing has improved. They cut down the trees which was the only thing that gave this dump aome character. I beg of you please do not even consider moving in here. Its foul.
